Here are our tips for making your very own documentary:

• Decide on your subject
• Think about what point you want your programme to make and make sure you stick to this when writing your script.
• Decide on your target audience- who you want your programme to be for.
• Research your subject- you can never have enough research, it is better to have too much than too little!
• Recruit your actors- find some people happy to be on camera to star in your programme.
• Storyboard- decide what is going to be seen in each shot
• Decide on a title for your programme.
• Call edtv and arrange for us to come and help you with the filming and editing of your programme.
